Located on the Pajarito Plateau at the foot of the Jemez Mountains, Los Alamos is a small New Mexico town offering both amazing scenery and an exciting history. Noted for its excellent schools and outdoor activities, Los Alamos began as the site of the Manhattan Project, and is, to this day, the home of Los Alamos National Laboratory.
