Photographer Daniel Nadelbach and stylist Gilda Meyer-Niehof make their living photographing beautiful spaces in New Mexico and around the world—and what the creative couple observes influences the style of their own home in Santa Fe. Now, for our Special Home Issue, they show how Southwest Style is evolving across New Mexico, while opening the door to their own tips, tricks, and ideas. Reached on assignment in St. John, U.S. Virgin Islands, Daniel says, “We’ve lugged home copper sinks from Morocco, furnishings from Thailand, and antiques from Paris flea markets—and mixed them with things bought cheaply in Santa Fe. You can basically do a house like ours without ever leaving New Mexico—if you’ve got an eye like Gilda’s.”
